My 3 daughters are seeing their dad for the 2nd time under supervised visitation. Here is my concern. He has been on and off drugs for a period of 20 years (but never off pot), he has openly done drugs in front of my children; he has offered my oldest daughter who was 12 at the time (now 14) a cigarette, and a so called friend put his hand up her skirt while his neighbors were having a party. All of this was told to her by me.
His last stint with meth was when I left him for good in March of 2005; I haven't seen him since then, and the girls saw him for the first time 2 weeks ago.
I have relayed this information on to my attorney and she says that after a period of 6 months or a year, the judge will most likely allow unsupervised visitation, because even a convicted child molester gets visitation. I am worried.
Does anyone have any idea of what I can do? Drug Testing, or any agencies that can help?
Thanks
